I offer NLP coaching sessions, face-to-face in Fairfield, Melbourne, with a focus on dietary and lifestyle change. When I say lifestyle, I mean improving sleep, relationships and movement, developing purpose in life, reducing stress, and living a life that supports our goals. These lifestyle changes are a key part of Functional Medicine. These sessions can work in tandem with my Nutritional therapy sessions which provide a personalised plan to improve chronic disease, or they can be done on their own.
