Health Unlimited: Your 4-Month Functional Medicine Programme
Unlimited consultations, personalised guidance, and lifestyle support to address the root causes of your health concerns.
Unlimited consultations, personalised guidance, and lifestyle support to address the root causes of your health concerns.
Many of my clients come to me after struggling with health concerns for years — often more than one at a time. It can feel overwhelming: poor sleep, anxiety, constant worry, and not knowing how diet or lifestyle are affecting everything else.
Most have tried to get help, but the support wasn’t there. Quick appointments and prescriptions might ease the symptoms, but they don’t explain what’s happening or why. People I work with want more: time, care, and a clear plan that gets to the root causes.
You may have exhausted conventional care and still not found the answers you need. Today, long-term health issues like fatigue, gut problems, hormone imbalances, autoimmunity, and cardio-metabolic conditions affect nearly half of adults — yet most people never receive the time, support, or clear explanation that could truly help them.
Functional Medicine takes a different approach. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, it looks deeper – at the interactions between diet, lifestyle, environment, and biology to uncover what’s really driving your health concerns and guide meaningful change.
Our 4-month Health Unlimited Programme is built on the principles of Functional Medicine for people with ongoing health concerns – whether that’s fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, autoimmunity, or cardio-metabolic conditions.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we’ll work together to uncover the underlying drivers of your health issues. This means taking time to hear your full story, and using nutrition, targeted supplements, functional lab testing, and careful attention to sleep, stress, exercise, and emotional wellbeing.
With Health Unlimited, you will:
=> Get the time to tell your full story with a practitioner that has the time, and training, to listen and uncover the root causes of your health issues ‘This program is an investment in a healthy way of life.’

You can expect honesty, respect, and a plan that’s free from judgement. My role is to filter through the noise, focus on what’s backed by science, and shape an approach that works for you, your pace, and your goals.”

One thing I commonly hear from people is that they have tried it all.
They feel like they’ve done everything that they can to get better, and nothing has worked. Sound familiar?
But within a few minutes of conversation, it becomes clear that there were many stones left unturned. When a person submits to the limiting belief that they’ve “tried everything” they subconsciously submit to the idea that nothing more can be done.
Most people I speak to have never had the right functional lab testing, a comprehensive timeline history, or the right guidance to ensure success. This is where most unsuccessful failed attempts to heal stem from. Chances are there are many aspects of your health that have not been fully explored.
People are often apprehensive about seeing a nutritionist because they think they’ll be put on a restrictive diet and told what they can’t eat.
The reality is as I am a Nutritionist and Functional Medicine practitioner, I focus on a lot more than diet, including mindset and mental health, stress management, sleep and movement. And when we work on nutrition, we use an approach that works for you personally whilst supporting your health.
What consultations are included in my program?
You’ll have unlimited consultations for the full four months – yes, truly uncapped. This means you never need to worry about extra costs or running out of time. Our aim is to give you the level of support you need to see results.
Initial consultation: a 2-hour assessment where we explore your full health story and set up your personalised starter plan.
Ongoing consultations: usually 45 minutes, booked as often as you need (most clients find every 1–2 weeks works best).
How long will I need to work with you? Is 4 Months right for me?
Most clients see meaningful improvements within 4 months, which is why the program is structured this way. It gives us enough time to address not just symptoms but also the deeper drivers of your health.
For most cases, 4 months is enough to put you on a clear long-term path.
For more complex or long-standing conditions, it can sometimes take a little longer – we’ll know more once we see how your body responds.
If you’d like to continue after 4 months, that’s always an option.
Think of the programme as a time to focus on your health, that allows us to see real change and set you up for the future..
Will I need to take supplements or do lab testing?
Laboratory tests offer an insight into your bio-chemistry and enable treatment to be more focused on your unique biology and the root causes of your health issues. They may, therefore, be recommended, although there is no obligation to do the tests. We have access to cutting-edge pathology tests from labs such as
Our laboratory tests are often more advanced than the standard conventional tests offered under Medicare, and may assess risk factors (metabolites) for conditions that aren’t covered by Medicare. For instance, a stool sample test looks at the health of the gut, its microbiome, parasites, inflammation and numerous other factors which give us a better indication of the functioning of your gut and how that may be affecting your symptoms. Your GP is not typically trained in the latest Functional Testing and working with these tests. Our practitioners are have undergone years of training in their interpretation.
Whilst in the first instance, we do support you with nutrition and lifestyle changes, sometimes supplementation is suggested. Supplements are used as exactly that – as a supplement in addition to the primary nutrition and lifestyle changes,
We will explain why supplements have been recommended and how they will support you in achieving your goals. We will either have the supplements available in-stock or will provide details of where to order them online. We will also let you know of any possible drug-nutrient interactions with medications you may be taking.
What lifestyle modules are included in my program?
You’ll have access to a set of on-demand online Lifestyle Modules that run alongside your consultations. These are designed to give you practical tools and education, so you can put what we discuss into action between sessions.
The modules cover the four key pillars of health:
Nutrition – how to build a healthy, balanced diet in everyday life
Sleep – strategies to improve your sleep quality and consistency
Stress and nervous system balance – tools to manage stress and support resilience
Movement and lifestyle – practical guidance on activity and daily routines that support long-term health
Each module includes short video lessons, checklists, and practical tasks. They’re designed to be simple, actionable, and to keep you progressing at your own pace – while we continue tailoring the details together in your consultations.
What can I expect during my first consultation?
In an initial consultation, we look at:
We work together to get clarity around your goals, so that the personalised plan we develop helps you achieve your goals and re-gain your health and well-being.
We go over your health concerns and your Functional Medicine health questionnaire and gather a detailed health timeline since birth to bring your health story to life. The timeline is about you, the individual, and what makes you unique. It helps us to identify the imbalances in the systems of your body.
Based on the information that you have given me, I will explain what is likely going on in your body. I’ll also talk about any lab testing, or symptom questionnaires, that will also be useful to find out exactly what is going on.
When we have a better idea of what is going in the body, then we can then pin point our priorities, nutrients, and lifestyle changes that will help.
Together, we work on a comprehensive health plan including diet, and sleep, stress management, and movement. I will ensure you understand why each step of the plan is included so that you aren’t simply told what to do, and are motivated to make the necessary changes.
You will leave the session with the motivation, knowledge, and support to follow the plan.
Do you work with vegetarians/vegans/carnivores?
Contrary to the internet, there is no one way of eating that is right for everyone in every situation!
I take a very personalised view of nutrition that is based in your needs, preferences, and goals.
I can work with you whether you are Vegan or Carnivore or somewhere in between..
Do you see clients remotely?
Yes, we do, and we find it works really well, wherever you in Australia.
If and when you need any supplements or test kits, these are sent out through the post – no problem!
Are you seeing clients in person?
Unfortunately, we are now only see clients through tele-medicine video calls or phone calls. We find this is most convenient for everyone.
What is the investment?
The fee for the 4-month Health Unlimited Program is $2,980 AUD when paid in full. This includes unlimited consultations, a 2-hour initial health assessment, and ongoing support as we work together to create lasting change.
Alongside your consultations, you’ll also gain access to our on-demand Lifestyle Modules — short, practical lessons covering nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement – designed to support you between sessions.
Please note that while consultations and resources are included, the cost of any functional lab testing and supplements is additional. These are only recommended if clinically appropriate.
Flexible payment option:
If you’d prefer to spread the cost, you can choose to pay in installments:
$495 upfront for your initial 2-hour consultation and report, then
4 × $680 monthly payments ($3,215 total).
This arrangement allows you to begin the program with a smaller initial outlay, while still receiving the same level of care and support.
Is the expense of laboratory testing or supplements included in your plans?
Any supplements or laboratory testing (that isn’t done through your GP and Medicare) will be an additional cost. This isn’t included in the program price as it varies greatly from person to person.
Can I claim on my Extras insurance (Australia)?
Unfortunately, as of April 1, 2019, most private health insurers won’t offer rebates for our services.
Please speak with your health insurance provider about whether you are covered. Functional medicine isn’t yet recognised in Australia. You will be billed for ‘Naturopathy’, which is code ‘107’ for an initial consult and a ‘207’ for a follow-up consult.
I like what I see, but it’s a big investment
Sometimes it’s worth considering, what is the cost of not taking action? What does it cost you, financially and otherwise, to treat the symptoms and not the root causes of your health issues?
There’s a huge cost in the lifetime dependencies on drugs, supplements, surgeries, and lost wages. By using nutrition and Functional Medicine to improve your health, you are essentially investing in a healthy way of life.
Seeing a Functional Medicine practitioner involves a very in-depth intake assessment, a thorough history taking, extended consultations maybe lab testing. This obviously increases the initial out of pocket expense. We are also considerable less expensive compared to many other Functional Medicine providers in Australia.
However, knowing the root causes of your health issues is priceless. It means that we can address these causes and improve your health quicker, meaning less supplements and interventions in the long term.
I generally recommend working with a practitioner for at least 2 months. This involves a commitment on your part as well as mine.. I’m committed to you, your health and safety whilst we work together. You can contact me questions at any time between consultations using our coaching app so that you are never without support. I’ll be your expert health expert and coach during this time.
It is also possible to pay for our programs by monthly installments at no extra cost.
